Returns Policy
To adhere to our commitment of sustainable operations we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with your order, such as:
- Damage to the product during shipping
- Lost/undelivered product
If you receive a damaged item, or your item has been lost during shipping, we are happy to provide you with either:
- An identical item at no extra cost
- Store credit of the same value
In the event of there being an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible, using “Order Issue” in the subject line. Please also include your order reference number, name, email address, photos if needed, and details of the issue you are facing. We will do our best to provide you with the best solution.
Please choose carefully when deciding on your purchase(s) as we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind.

If your parcel is not picked up from customs within 3 days the order will be returned to AI Clothing. We will be able to resend your package but you will be required to pay any further shipping costs.
You will be liable for any and all import duties, customs fees, and taxes at the point of entry for your country. AI Clothing. has no control over any duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the country your order is shipped to, and cannot advise on if there will be further import fees on your order.
Delivery Time
Please note that our products are made to order, as a result the time to process your order is 4-7 business days for all countries.
We do our best to ensure that you do not wait too long to receive your purchase but please keep in mind that we print our products on demand and do not hold large levels of inventory, in an effort to operate sustainably.

If you have not received your item in the stated time-frame, please contact your local customs office as you may need to collect it from them. If your local customs office have not received your item please contact us.
